I had a good experience with Ellie, she was chatty and has a kind energy. The wax product used was great for me and I was happy with results. However I think there was double dipping which I don’t like. The service was a bit rushed as she had another client straight after me. Overall I would go back and try their service again to see if their practice was better when not rushing.
