My facial therapist Leah was great, really knew her stuff about Dermalogica and gave a lovely facial massage and file and polish - would highly recommend :-) I think the junior who washed my hair needs additional training - I had a really uncomfortable, unnecessarily long hair wash which left my head sore and my hair extremely knotty! I did have a wonderful blow dry from Laura, honestly one of the best full body blowdrys I've had - thank you very much. And lastly, really well priced!
