My massage started 10 minutes late, but still managed to finish on time which was annoying.
I also asked for my shoulders to be focuses on as this was why i had booked the massage and these just got rushed at the end. I went home with knots still in my shoulders and had to massage them out myself.

I had the Hollywood wax done by Katherine. She is evidently a very experienced beautician - the entire process took just 20 minutes at a very comfortable pace. She was very gentle and communicative throughout the session, which made me feel very comfortable. I'd highly recommend her for any first-timers or anyone looking for a routine wax!
