I booked a manicure and was offered a shellac manicure for the same price (the salon has a deal at the moment). This was great for £20. I was also offered a free class of wine! :) However, the beautician didn't soak my hands beforehand and left quite a lot of space between my cuticles and the nail polish. Which means it won't look good in a weeks time. The manicure only lasted 35mins. Overall, it was a positive experience, however they could improved on attention to detail.

Lovely firm massage and Sabrina was so welcoming, offering me a drink before the massage and a herbal tea afterwards. Would highly recommend. Only downside was the noise from other customers/staff and stairs right next to the room. Otherwise - fabulous!
