Literally never left a negative review in my life, but really hate my cut. Carly was nice, but didn’t seem to listen at all to what I wanted it. She cut off 2/3 inches more than I asked for (showed a picture of a lob and got a v short bob). She also added vv obvious layers which I didn’t ask for and don’t like. Plus they’re very unevenly done - plan to get it neatened up somewhere else the second it’s long enough. Hate doing this but just want to warn!

All the staff were sooo lovely. Especially Leah who did my pedi , she was a natural , great conversation and she did a great job on my toes. I will definitely be back again soon.
