Had a really wonderful experience with Carly. I wanted a dramatic cut but was terrified of it at the same time, and Carly handled this perfectly. She was gentle, patient, reassuring, took things slowly, offered me options at each stage of the cut. Really felt like her priority was to make sure I was happy. And I absolutely love my new hair.
