Very happy with my cut and highlights! Carly communicated really well and made sure I was happy with the results. She was also great to chat to and made me feel very comfortable. Can’t wait to book my next appointment :)

Literally never left a negative review in my life, but really hate my cut. Carly was nice, but didn’t seem to listen at all to what I wanted it. She cut off 2/3 inches more than I asked for (showed a picture of a lob and got a v short bob). She also added vv obvious layers which I didn’t ask for and don’t like. Plus they’re very unevenly done - plan to get it neatened up somewhere else the second it’s long enough. Hate doing this but just want to warn!
