The members of staff were nice, but the haircut turned out terrible. I have very long, curly hair, and wanted a trim with some layers. I ended up with an extremely short top layer and very long bottom layer. It looks absolutely ridiculous. Maybe they know how to cut other types of hair, but if you have hair like mine, definitely don’t go here.
The wax and facial were good, but I’m a bit worried about how good the covid hygiene was (although it’s probably my fault for getting a facial in a pandemic).

I just had the most amazing facial with Leah! It was my first facial in London and I literally can't wait to go back to the studio for another one. Leah really was the best. She took time to listen to any concern I had and guided me through every step of the treatment. I recommend to anyone to try this facial to pamper yourself and deeply clean your skin. Overall, the staff was very welcoming and the place was extremely clean. I left the studio super satisfied and with glowing skin☺️.
