Overall I am happy with my haircut received and in general everyone seemed nice however, I was left waiting an hour before I was seen to and although they were apologetic, I think this should of been handled better ie. they have a receptionist who could of rang me prior or they could have offered a complimentary hair treatment. I also felt most people working there were a little disorganised.

I had my nails done by the lovely Jo. Friendly, knowledgeable, precise and speedy.. but not too quick that she didnt take her time! Very happy with the finish. Will be definitely be back.
