Zac is a really lovely chap but very busy. As the boss, he was entirely distracted throughout my haircut dealing with queries and chatting to people. I wanted more attention on my haircut. The end result was fine but a bit basic. I recommend going when they’re less busy post-lockdown! Also the girl who washed my hair had filthy nails, I think it was actually hairdye not dirt, but it was a bit off-putting!
