Jo is a lovely, young lady. I didn’t enjoy the very loud rock (the screaming type) music at 9am and I did mention it a couple of times and nothing happened. Very poor nail polish selection, no classic red for example. Picked something that now two days later is unfortunately starting to peel when I’m due to go on holiday :( I would advise you take your own nail polish, I wish I did. I would also say that none of the treatments felt like luxury or lasted 1 hour, more like 40min.
