I booked a cut with the Director and I'm sure my hair was not cut by the Director.
It felt really rushed. I wasn't asked how I'd like my hair dried - it was just straightened, which wouldn't be my preference. My hair was cut in the wrong parting even after showing my normal parting.
I was told I had long layers so they didn't really require to be cut, even after I said I wanted them re-cut.
I appreciate the hairdresser was understaffed that day, but I would've preferred it to be rescheduled.
