Extremely disappointed by my hair cut, family members/friends alerted me to the uneven cut after leaving the appointment. My neck was cut from the razor used to achieve a ‘blunt cut’. I showed photos of my expectations that I don’t believe were met, I had asked for the same length the whole way round not longer at the front, and just above shoulder length (was much shorter than this). The hairdresser was juggling myself and another client & I felt she was rushing to finish.
