I can't leave a bad review becauseI've been going here for years and I've always loved the service. but this time my exorience was made horrible by the fact that I guess they didn't listen properly to what I was saying and for my cut did at least 20cm shorter than what I asked for... I tried to be positive but having got home I'm genuinely devastated because I know my hair takes long to grow... left me feeling very upset sadly. After being a loyal customer for many years not sure I'll return.
