BIAB nails done before with great attention to detail. Rebooked pedicure via TW and no one was there, waited 10 min before I went downstairs and spoke to the rudest (eng speaking) therapist- just saying "no" rather than explaining. v. disappointed.

Just got file and polish and it was good experience for great price. Think nail sample colours need checking but my technician was happy for me to change colours when I pointed out it was different which is great.

Beautiful salon, kindly made extra time to do french manicure white tips at my request, even though I hadn't booked for this (oops!) So appreciated and so pleased with the result! would definitely recommend, thank you 🩷🙏🏻
