I arrived on time for my appt, where I inquired if Nina could do the design I wanted. She confirmed and mentioned an extra fee, cash only. The infill process was painful, with my cuticles bleeding, and Nina not addressing it. I suggested mixing colours for my design since there was no match, but she declined, insisting on two block colours. Feeling unheard, I opted for a simpler design. Nina's tone shifted, and she repeatedly mentioned needing to pick up her child, something not aforementioned.

In order to write a review I have had to go through the ‘Star ‘ scoring pages which are non applicable. I had had a fall & couldn’t get to the appointment sadly
The unfortunate thing is, I was charged £25 twice
This, obviously, is not fair
