My sis and I had an awful experience. I left with damaged toenails & 3 toes BLEEDING just from gel removal-she repeatedly used the drill over my cuticles. No apology offered for injuring me 3 times. Nina who did my sis nails was snappy &rude. Had to wait 45 mins despite having a booking.Nina kept pulling her hands &shaking them,saying relax your hand! Hard to be relaxed in that atmosphere.Acrylic nails too thick, ombre not properly blended &acrylic stuck on fingers.We both left upset& stressed.
