Booked my sister in for a pedicure as she’s a first time mum, and it was her birthday. She received the worst service, left her feet in the water for 20 minutes, to add on this, water was scorching hot. She left after having staff members making her feel uncomfortable and clearly having no knowledge of customer service skills. Will never be returning.
