I came in yesterday for biab extensions. I want to complaint about them as they aren't as the pictures shown on your Instagram account, they are rather thick and not blended to meet the nail bed and the drill was used on my cuticles which left my skin cut and bleeding. Also, the app to make the booking wasn't clear that the nail had to be booked separately and was under nail care. Nail art is not part of nail care so I wouldn't have thought to look under that option.
