Shape was awful - she was kind and wanted to help but still lacked the skills required to get a shape done nicely. The gel nail is bumpy and lacks smoothness. Part of my toe nail is not properly covered, my thumb paint chipped in 2-3 days. Second time around, and same experience. Disappointed and regret trying out the place second time around.
