The service itself was excellent — the beautician was kind, caring, and considerate. However, I was very disappointed with the lash lift treatment. Unfortunately, the results did not meet my expectations, as my lashes didn’t appear lifted at all. There was little to no visible difference, and I’ve achieved better results at home. It felt like a waste of £35, which is quite disappointed.
