I was seated 40 minutes after the time of my appointment. The previous client was unsatisfied with her colour, as was I. The overall look is too "orange". The stylist constantly took phone calls throughout the 4 hours I was there. I won't be returning unfortunately, as it is good value for money but not if you don't like the overall results.
