I’m really disappointed in the service and the staff especially as it’s my hendo tomorrow. First she was 20 mins late and she was being short with me. The lashes looks wonky and looks like there are patches missing. Gutted they turned out like this

I’m honestly very disappointed with my experience and wanted to leave this feedback so that other clients are aware. I had a brow lamination and lash lift done. The service itself was very good and the staff were lovely, but unfortunately I was extremely unhappy with the results of the brow lamination. My eyebrow hairs were left looking messy, dry, stiff and damaged, and after just a few days they looked completely unruly. I went on holiday with my eyebrows looking like this, which wasreallysad
