The guy did a great colour job and additional things which I agreed to but had no conversation about the price, assuming it will be normal. Very wrong!
-> added foils which were £230£
-> cut the split ends - which they charged me 170£!!!!!!! With a ‘discount’ to 130£ when I refused to pay it.
Great vibe completely destroyed with paying additional 370£ which is absolutely ridiculous. I live in the area and know the prices - this is simply fraud.
