I was very happy with my half head highlights, but I ended up paying extra for a subtle root smudge and toner on top of what was already quite an expensive treatment. I felt as though I was being upsold services, which I ended up saying no to because I couldn't afford (trim and blow dry). Saying that, I liked my hair and the service felt professional and friendly.
