The service is no longer offered at the venue. I received no warning both from Treatwell and the venue. I arrived there and the barbershop owner told me she was no longer running her business at the location. The worst part was dealing with Treatwell. I am struggling to get through a customer service human being to receive a refund. I was also told by the BOT that they can't issue a refund and have to go through the venue. Terrible service as they take no responsability and accountability
