Turned up for my appointment and the lady insisted I hadn’t booked an appointment. When I showed her proof of booking she grudgingly agreed to proceed. Then asked how I would pay and when I said by card she appeared to be delighted to tell me that the card machine was broken and would not be fixed until next week. Never got my massage and was very irritated that the therapist appeared to simply just not bothered to fulfill my appointment.
