At present I have a monthly session, in which we review progress, check that my exercise technique is correct, and then adjust the exercises where necessary. Finally we finish with a massage of those muscle groups and joints which need addressing. Any additional exercises are also explained and demonstrated. Steve is first rate!

Steve reviewed those elements of the exercises that I wasn't sure of, worked on knee and hip range and flexibility, and finally massaged the glutes group to aid strengthening the region around the hips.
