I went to Dan with an injury that I was really worried about as I needed to be fit again really quickly for my work. He spent time doing a thorough assessment to work out the exact problem and he gave me a programme of exercises that has been really helpful in rehabing my injury whilst keeping the rest of my fitness strong.
