Once inside, our visit was excellent. Steve is knowledgeable, listens well, and is very good at what he does. But be warned: there are no details online on how to get there! The entrance to Middleton Hotel is from Cromwell Road, for cars or bikes; there are 3 narrow steps up from Skelderdate, then a walk up slope. Not good for a bike ridden by a disabled person who can't haul bike up steps. Once inside, two long staircases up to the office. If you don't have issues walking that should be fine.
