Very impressed with how Jack has responded to my injuries and has also found new pathways if something was a problem. He has attended additional training on elbows which has been really helpful for understanding.

This was my first time visiting YO1 Wellness York and I will certainly be back. I went for an hour sports & deep tissue massage after some intense weeks of training. Steve was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in my recovery. I will forward to returning.
