Ylenia's a hidden gem in the neighborhood. The service is outstanding, and I highly recommend this place. It's my second time getting a haircut here, and the staff is both professional and friendly.

I had a perm, which was in great need of refreshing and replenishing. She listened intently to what I wanted and then got to work, but not before she offered me a beverage. She was friendly, professional, and knew exactly what to do. I left looking and feeling so much better

I have lived in London for 2 years and have struggled to find a hairdresser I like. Ylenia listened to what I wanted, gave her insight on what could or would not work, executed the haircut exactly how I wanted and gave an incredible head massage.

It was a very last minute. Ylenia made a great job with my blow dry. She understood how I wanted my hair and they came amazing. She also made me an amazing massage in my sculp during the shampoo. Super recommended!
