Really disappointed with the recent waxing experience. The half leg and Hollywood waxing are advertised as hot lycon wax but the legs were 100% with strips and the Hollywood wax, although it was ALMOST all with hot lycon wax, left me red bruises

This was my second visits and unfortunately my last. The first time I had a fantastic experience and a really great result with a lovely lady who took the time to get the right colour and even & thin layers. This time I only received one colour sheet to pick from (1st time I got three). My manicure was rushed. At home I realised that she filed down the front and it’s already lifting. There are bubbles on nearly every nail and the layers are either super thin or on some nails very thick.
