Friendly and welcoming staff, and a lovely salon environment. Unfortunately, the pedicure itself wasn’t a good experience. The therapist seemed nervous, and the filing and cuticle work were too aggressive, leaving me with a cut and 2 abrasions, one bleeding. Antiseptic was applied, but I’m still unable to wear shoes comfortably, which is frustrating just before a holiday. The finish was also uneven. While I appreciate the 20% offer, it doesn’t feel a fair resolution given the result.

The loveliest manicure. The salon is clean, warm and friendly and all of the staff go above and beyond. The man on reception was especially kind.
