My nails looked terrible when I arrived because I bite them… walked out feeling like a new woman! With extensions recommended and a nice colour, I felt well looked after and that the staff cared.

Best salon in Parsons Green! Staff are so attentive and work with you to make sure you’re fully satisfied with your nails. I tried multiple colours as I wasn’t sure and the lady was so patient and lovely about it - even offering me advice on colours!

Word of caution: confirm the final price after agreeing on your lash design. I showed a reference photo and no extra cost was mentioned. However at payment, I was told there would be an additional £40 because the style was “more voluminous.” I was then told I had been informed beforehand, which was untrue. After a lengthy discussion, the charge was removed, but no apology or explanation was offered. Due to this uncomfortable experience, I will not be returning.

They do a great job and salon is a nice atmosphere. They charge extra for a glitter coat though even though they are doing the same amount of coats and it’s not nail art - not had this before at other salons and not really sure what the extra cost is for?!
