I had a bad experience.There was no explanation of the treatment. When I mentioned I occasionally get dry flakes on my scalp, the therapist said she was “not a hair stylist” and that the area needed to be kept clean for other clients. This made me feel uncomfortable. On two occasions excessively hot water was used to the point where I physically had to move my head away.I was also not shown any scalp analysis. Before drying my hair she once again said she' “not a hair stylist". Not profesional.
