I have been there many times and generally happy. On this occasion I was not and made it known halfway through the treatment. It can happen. The stand in manageress, took over & acknowledged this and promised I’ll be contacted to be credited part of the session. Not only I was not called, when I showed up at the shop and mentioned I tried contacting them and had received no call back, I was advised that they have been too busy to get back to me! Clearly customer retention is not a cost effective
Had a great 1 hour traditional Thai massage, the therapist was fab - asked me what areas I’d like her to concentrate on and really worked on relieving the pain and soreness in my shoulders & my sore leg muscles. Wish I asked her name to book the same therapist.
