First time having a LVL and brow lamination. Just came out of appt and happy so far. Lady was so lovely, really calming. Told you every step. If they last i would definitely return!

Was left waiting for over 20 minutes after arriving for my treatments and then was told that there wasn’t enough time to complete (needed to leave at the original end time). When I requested a refund for the treatments they weren’t able to complete, they said they would not refund as I had “cancelled” the treatment. Really rude supervisor who was dismissive made me feel uncomfortable. Wouldn’t go back which is a shame as Katy did a good job. Received the refund later following my complaint
