Olha was very lovely and polite. I was really happy with my eyeliner but unfortunately the face makeup was blotchy and did not match my skin tone so I won’t be getting my makeup done here again

The end result of my manicure and pedicure was good, but the experience was not pleasant. I was kept waiting for 25mins after arriving on time and was there for over 3 hours. It was clear the nail bar had taken on too many bookings - the technicians were overstretched, stressed and disorganised. I found it quite rude when they kept hurriedly talking to each other in Russian but barely spoke to clients. There was little hospitality - no water was even offered.

Trying to get in contact with someone but can’t find any contact details or IG page etc. My pedicure has already chipped and ripped, it lasted not even 4 full days, trying to get my money back or get it re-booked in for a convenient time. Not worth £33 if it won’t even last a week.
This is my 3rd or 4th time here, normally great experience and my nails last at least 2-3 weeks. Would really love to resolve this as normally have a great experience.
