My appointments never start on time - always running at least 20-25minutes late, if not more. I always come on time, and get sent to sit in the corridor with no updates about whats going on, and ignored by all staff. The person doing my nails will always then be really rushed when they eventually start on my nails. I completely understand that things get busy, but I wish they at least treated people who were waiting more respectfully, and organised appointments better.
