I asked for a trim to remove dead ends while keeping the length, but ended up with uneven, choppy layers and a much shorter cut than expected. After 10 years of growing my hair, I had to visit another salon to fix the damage. The atmosphere wasn’t great—I was frequently interrupted by a finished client and my stylist seemed more focused on chatting to her than my hair. She also left for a cigarette mid-appointment and returned without washing her hands. Disappointing overall.
