Over-processed my lashes during LVL lash lift and the result is frazzled lashes, uneven lift, and terrible look. When I complained they tried gaslighting me about the situation. Terrible timekeeping for products left on the eyes, and caused a burn / irritated eyes because of the overall time of the treatment left on my eyes for the LVL lash lift. Terrible service.

Maya was a great manicurist, however my appointment time was running 25 mins late. I was late myself by 10 mins but still had to wait a further 15 mins. The luxury manicure wasn't so luxury but the finsihed product was very good. The hand scrub used was a St Ives facial scrub, they had clearly run out of the proper hand scrub ad the tub was empty. The hand mask put on was good but my hands were in heated foot boots not hand mits, it was a bit ridiculous as my hands could not fit properly.

Zara is a perfectionist, she really makes sure that she does her best to get the right colour and style that you want. Very pleasant and polite, I would highly recommend.
