Eyebrow wax booked but I was threaded instead. Not what I booked. Three ladies booked for pedicure at 3pm with only 2 chairs. I was already started and two other women said they had to be seen on time as they had other appointments after. I felt my appointment was rushed and I did not get the silver colour I wanted. I accepted the pink colour. My lady was under pressure to finish and I felt I couldn’t say anything about the wrong colour. Sadly I was disappointed. Unusual for Yay
