I wouldn’t recommend to anyone looking for a high standard of treatment. I booked a waxing treatment specifically for hot wax, but the majority of the service was done using warm wax instead, I was advised because it’s quicker. Unfortunately, the setup wasn’t hygienic as they double dip the wax spatulas and the treatment room was not clean. Disappointing as the staff were very friendly, but the overall experience did not feel professional
