During my facial/waxing appointment I was left with a small burn on my upper cheek due to the combination of the warm wax and steamer. The therapist did apologise for this, and put bio oil on the wound to help with the healing. Unfortunately, I am quite disappointed with the result of this treatment, as the service is usually good. I would advise not to book face waxing/threading along with a facial at the same time, as it may cause similar results.
