The lady Anna if that's the ladies name that did my eyebrows was fantastic, she was so welcoming and considerate and so polite. i would definitely ha e the lady do my eyebrows again.

I've had various treatments done at Yay in the past with no problems, but the last two times I have had issues. With regards to this service, when I said that the eyebrow on the right needed more tint, she did it, but then went onto complain to her colleagues in Farsi (which I understand), which was totally unprofessional. What I would suggest is that the employees need to be careful, when speaking Farsi, just because someone isn't Iranian/Persian doesn't mean they don't understand.
