The waxing itself wasn’t pain free the application method used wasn’t something I have had in the past. On many occasions this was more painful than the removal itself.
I have had this treatment in many places across the world and here it was one of the most painful.
Considering the very expensive price for back and half arm of £53 it wasn’t good value.

YAY is very clean, the ladies working there are very attentive, offer hot drinks. They really take their time with your nails, don't make you feel rushed like other places. Also was pleased that as well as nails, I could get my eyebrows threaded and tinted there. The shellac manicure and pedicure I got was excellent, really took their time and it was very relaxing.
