I had a booked appointment, and allowed extra time, however, it was delayed and my session interrupted by the nail technician attending ti another customer who walked in. The colour the technician attempted to put on was white nothing like the pink same colour I requested. My previous experience and the experience of fellow customer this time was different to my more recent appointment. The service was disrespectful. The nail technician when I said the colour was different asked a colleague to put the nail polish on when they had finished with a customer. I had to leave with my nails cut but not with polish to avoid being late and my this time I was too upset anyway. I emailed the manager the day of the appointment 3 days ago, and await a call back.
