As always a great experience in Yay. The ladies all lovely and really accommodating. Nails immaculately manicured and perfectly finished with shellac polish. Highly recommended.

I always do BIAB and not build because I want to protect my nails. They told me that on the previous appointment they had done Build without telling me so they wanted to charge me more. I asked them to remove it and do BIAB. The technician didn’t do BIAB she used shellac basis and they were try to convince me that I don’t know what I’m talking about. On top of that my nails are destroyed and have blood and wounds. I told her many times that she is hurting me but didn’t seem to care. NEVER AGAIN
