Cancellations

Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 48 hours notice will forfeit the booking fee.

Lateness

I have a 15 minute grace period for lateness. After 15 minutes, your design may have to be simplified or the appointment cancelled completely.

Extras

For new clients, please arrive with clean, bare nails unless a soak-off service is booked.

If you have fungus, infections, damaged nails, or open wounds, I reserve the right to refuse service.

I do not remove acrylic nails.
