Alin started to thin my hair out without asking and I have definitely had more taken off the ends than I asked for. I wanted barely a trim to freshen up before holiday and have left with a different cut. Framed far too much around the face too.

I was able to get a last minute appointment which I really appreciated but when I came in it was unclear who my appointment was with and I was greeted by someone who turned out not to even work there.
