I don't know the last time I left a negative review on anything but I know I had to take the time to share my experience as I don't want somebody else to go through this.
I had acupuncture (something I frequently have done elsewhere as I have a bulging disc in my lower back with a pinched nerve) and was in so much pain after I left. Now, I know this can happen sometimes so I didn't want to say anything negative prematurely. Since Saturday, I have a sharp pain through the back of my knee (never had knee problems) and my back is worse than it was before I began.
I cannot stress enough, if you are having acupuncture please avoid this place, it is not worth the pain I am still experiencing three days later. They tried pressuring me into pre booking another session while I was there also, eventually managed to get out without being rude.
I don't know what there other services are like so I cannot comment on these. The establishment was clean.

I tried multiple treatments at Oriental Healthcare in Putney, and found them all to be very relaxing, leaving me feeling energised and calm. I found the medical foot massage/reflexology to be the most helpful in restoring calmness and peace within myself, so I booked in to have a series of 8 treatments (medical foot massages).
Receiving them weekly, has really helped me to focus on my work, improved concentration levels, anxiety and stress, overall sleep and period cramps and heaviness.
The staff were fantastic and discussed the areas that I would like to see improvement of in my life. I had been feeling extremely exhausted, so they worked with me, by making me a very good tea that helped with fatigue. Oriental Healthcare have really been amazing in all areas, and have gone beyond the expectation that I had.

Really enjoyed massage but Wasn't 100% comfortable though as staff did just walk in without knocking during treatments.
