Poor customer service, not welcoming or friendly in the slightest. Took my wife away for a night without the kids. Travelled down to Southampton and on arrival they told us due to a system error they had double booked us and could not do our treatment. Barely apologised and offered nothing in the way of support or alternatives.

Really disappointed by the quality of service. I paid £43 for shellac pedicure and was told it would last 2-3 weeks. Unfortunately the shellac fell off completely after just 3 days as it hadn't been set properly. Never had such a poor pedicure, complete waste of money. I contacted the salon to tell them but they are sadly not responding. Do not recommend.
